Biography

I have over 17 years of experience in software development, with a strong foundation in full-stack Java engineering and a passion for building scalable, distributed systems. I hold a master’s degree in applied computing from the University of Windsor and am currently a Vice President at Citibank.

My career has spanned the e-commerce and banking sectors, where I’ve led the design and implementation of complex Personalization and end-to-end systems, with a strong focus on performance, security, scalability, and reliability. More recently, my work has centered on Observability services—focusing on Engineering Excellence through AI Adoption, by building software with automated testing, post-release validation frameworks, and continuous delivery practices.

Outside of tech, I’m also an Indian classical and film vocal music performer and a music teacher, which adds a creative dimension to my professional life.
