Happy Holidays from the School of Social Work! We would like to let you know about our upcoming holiday hours.

The University of Windsor will close for the holidays effective Friday, December 23rd and will re-open on Tuesday, January 3rd. The first day of classes for the Winter 2022 semester is Thursday, January 5th.

If you have any questions, please direct them to your respective programs. We will respond to your emails upon our return on Tuesday, January 3rd, 2022.

UWindsor Fall Open House 2022!

Consider joining us for Fall Open House this Saturday in the new Toldo Lancer Centre. Our School of Social Work and Disability Studies faculty and staff will be at the booths from 9am to 2pm. There will be fully accessible shuttle buses running between the Toldo Lancer Centre and Main Campus! Please don't forget about the faculty presentations: The information session for Social Work is scheduled for 11am and 12pm in Education 1101 and the Disability Studies session is scheduled for 12pm and 1pm in CHS 51! We will have building tours in our beautiful Windsor Hall from 10am to 3pm! Bring your family and friends and meet our wonderful faculty and staff!

School of Social Work Event

Join us October 6th, 2022, 4:00 to 6:15 pm

Indigenious Art Unveiling Event at the School of Social Work (Windsor Hall, 167 Ferry Street, Windsor)

John Williams, an Ojibway artist from Aamjiwnaang First Nation in Sarnia, ON will present an original painting.  John specializes in acrylic paintings, pen & ink, and graphite drawings. John has been commissioned to paint several mural size acrylic pieces across Ontario.  He has participated in several local art shows and can be seen during the summer months set up at local Pow Wows.
