Step 1: Provide your Volunteer Availability for Welcome Week
- A survey will be emailed to you mid-July for you to provide your availability from our Welcome Week Volunteer Coordinator
- The survey will be due in early August
Step 2: Come out to Welcome Week Training
- This training is mandatory, even if you went to the HeadStart training - its completely different!
- You will learn your role, bond with your team and make life long friends!
- You will also receive your schedule for the week as well as a copy of our volunteer contract
- This is also an opportunity for your team to win bragging rights swag!
Step 3: Come out to Welcome Week
- Check-in with the Welcome Week Volunteer Coordinator at each event you've been scheduled for
- Check out the welcome week website for the most up to date schedule of Welcome Week Events
- Welcome Week is the first week in September!
