Students coming to UWindsor for the first time can find off-campus housing through several sources:

  1. UWindsor student Facebook groups. Students and landlords regularly post rooms, apartments, and houses in several student groups.
  2. Canterbury College student housing offers two types of accommodation for University of Windsor students: shared accommodation in 12 houses with furnished single rooms, and three apartment buildings with a total of 76 apartments.
  3. UWindsorRent lists off-campus student rental homes near the University of Windsor.
  4. Places4Students offers a platform where students can find property listings and other housing information.
  5. Rent Bright is a student housing provider offering certified, fully managed homes specifically for students.
  6. Residen is a platform that connects students with off-campus housing listings.
  7. Kijiji is a Canadian-based, person-to-person online marketplace. While it includes safety features and most transactions are legitimate, the service is not monitored by any third party, including the University. Students should exercise appropriate caution when securing housing through Kijiji, Facebook, or other online services. View Windsor housing listings, which are updated daily.

Please be advised that the University of Windsor does not endorse, approve, or confirm the accuracy of any content posted by a landlord or property manager on any listing page or website.
