As of January 2023, the University of Windsor created the Campus Sustainability Steering Committee along with three (3) Working Groups (Academics- Research and Curriculum, Footprint Reduction and Environmental Preservation, and Responsible Investing).
The Steering Committee will be responsible for providing oversight, expertise and guidance for the University Sustainability Program including all projects, initiatives, and related activities. It will consist of a variety of staff, students and faculty on campus along with one community representative.
