At The CUBE, students can level up their academic and career journey through exceptional opportunities:

Gain valuable research experience by collaborating with esteemed scholars and contributing to groundbreaking projects in Indigenous and Black communities. Refine research skills and become a catalyst for positive change through impactful research. Also, access professional development opportunities like workshops and academic conferences to broaden academic horizons.

The CUBE believes financial barriers should never hinder academic success. Indigenous and Black students will have access to various comprehensive funding options, including scholarships, grants, and bursaries for research. Students will also be provided with opportunities to attend conferences to increase knowledge mobilization so that they can pursue educational goals confidently.

Students will benefit from experienced mentors who are committed to student growth and success, and participate in networking events and career mentoring to expand professional networks.

We invite students to monthly discussions that unpack specific topics related to their talent development and career journey. 

In each session, we will explore these topics in a safe space with the guidance and experience of our Indigenous and Black Community Members.
