In spring 2026, UWill Discover student leaders helped organize UWinMUN, welcoming secondary school students from across Windsor-Essex to campus.

The event gave students an opportunity to debate global issues, draft resolutions, and experience university-level international diplomacy.

Led in part by Matthew Najem, Model UN president and secretary-general, and Taibat Idris, vice-president and deputy secretary-general, the conference demonstrated how UWindsor students extend their learning into mentorship and community leadership.
