Since July 2008 Dr. Boulos has been the Chair of the Research Ethics Board (REB). Prior to that, he was a faculty member in the School of Computer Science where he taught computer ethics, heuristics, and foundations of Computer Science.
His book, Understanding Cyber Ethics in a Cyber World, was published in 2008. Dr. Boulos serves as a reviewer on a number of journals, including Science and Education.
Currently, he is the Secretary of the International History, Philosophy, and Science Teaching group.
Dr. Boulos is currently working on articles on teaching for critical thinking, teaching and research ethics, and developing ethical standards in teaching from case studies.
