A collaboration of audio and visual arts with Iain Baxter&, Noiseborder Ensemble and Greg Samek.

Join Greg Samek and members of Noiseborder Ensemble for a performance of marimba and multimedia works featuring a combination of acoustic and electronic instruments as well as live processing and mixing of sound and video. Bring yourselves, your senses and prepare for an hour of stimulation.

Windsor native, Greg Samek joined Scrap Arts Music, a five-piece percussion ensemble after graduating with a Music Education degree from University of Windsor and a Master of Music degree from University of Toronto. Greg toured with Scrap Arts Music for seven years, including their performance at the closing ceremonies of the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Games. He recently relocated to Vancouver, BC to operate a studio, to collaborate with local artists and work on solo albums. Greg has become interested in recording, composition and structured improvisation.
