Thursdays are Teacher Recruitment Days!
Representatives from schools, boards, and educational agencies are invited to connect with teacher candidates on select Thursdays throughout the Winter 2023 semester either face-to-face, directly in the lobby of the Leonard & Dorothy Neal Education Building or virtually (via a platform of your choice).
Occurring weekly at optimal times in Education students’ schedules, Education Recruitment Days will be marketed consistently in advance to maximize student awareness.

Dates: Thursdays from January 12th - March 16th, 2023 (excluding February 23rd)

Format Options:
Location: Leonard & Dorothy Neal Education Building, University of Windsor
Time: 9am – 3:30pm
Cost: $100/day (only one registration per employer will be permitted)
Registration includes:
- A table and two chairs;
- One parking space per registration;
- Lunch at Whamburg up to a maximum of $25 (restaurant located within the Education Building);
- Advanced promotional material, including website and on-campus promotions.
*Maximum of 2 employers/date will be provided a table located within the main entrance/lobby. Please note that exhibitors will NOT have access to an electrical outlet at this event.
Location: Online via your organization/company platform
Time: 3:30pm
Cost: Free (only one registration per employer will be permitted)

*Please utilize your own virtual platform for this event. UWindsor staff will not be available to host at the time of the event. Maximum of 1 employer/date.
Registration for Both Formats:

Registration deadline: 2 weeks prior to scheduled session (space permitting)
Please select the appropriate registration type (On-Campus Booth; or Virtual Information Session) when registering based on your organization’s affiliation.
Important Information:
- Registration will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis and time slots are very limited.
- You may register for both Education Fair and one Education Recruitment Days timeslot.
- DO NOT register for more than one date. Organizations may only attend one session throughout the Winter 2023 semester. If you register for more than one date, we will contact you to cancel one of the sessions. You will be charged for each date you begin to register for and it will take time to receive a refund for cancelations.
- Once you have begun the registration, you must complete the registration process in full. You will receive an email confirmation once it’s complete.
*The Career Development & Experiential Learning Office has the right to vet registrations to ensure appropriate opportunities offered based on organization affiliation.
