The WACE Global Challenge brings together talented university students from around the world to virtually collaborate on global sustainability projects for real organizations.
- Work virtually in international, multidisciplinary teams.

Time commitments
The program will take place over 4 weeks between January 26 - February 22, 2026. Students must commit to the following:
- Introduction Week: In the first week, you will participate in approximately 3 hours of sessions, including induction, cultural intelligence, and meeting the client.
- Challenge Team Project: Over the following 3 weeks, there will be a total of approximately 25 hours of virtual project work.
- Presentation/Reflection: In the final few days, your team will deliver an hour and half presentation and participate in a reflection session.
Total time commitment: Approximately 30 hours over 4 weeks.
Program costs
The program is free for students to participate in. The University of Windsor Career Centre covers the cost for our participating students.
