Because graduation isn’t the finish line—it’s the handoff.
The University of Windsor Career Centre is proud to support Lancers beyond graduation with Lancer Launch, a free, targeted career support series designed specifically for alumni who are 0–3 years post-graduation and navigating a challenging labour market.
This curated program brings together expert-led workshops, one-to-one career conversations, and direct access to employers—helping recent graduates rebuild confidence, sharpen strategy, and regain momentum in their job search.
