English Major, Gordon Grisenthwaite wins University of Windsor's "U WILL DISCOVER" 1st Prize!

UWill Discover is a campus wide primarily undergraduate conference that showcases research, ideas, inventions and creative activity by students from every department and faculty on campus. It’s an opportunity for students to share their work in an interdisciplinary context with faculty and their peers. Students can also get involved in organizing the conference. Prizes are awarded for the top 3 presentations in each faculty.

This year’s conference, “UWill Discover 2017” took place on Friday, March 31 in the Ambassador Auditorium, CAW Student Centre, and featured roughly 70 presenters. The Keynote speaker was Dr. Susan Larson (Council on Undergraduate Research, Washington D.C.), and she spoke on new developments in undergraduate research. Dr. Susan Larson (BA, Univ. of Manitoba; PhD, McMaster University) is a Professor in the Psychology Department at Concordia College in Moorhead, MN.
