WELCOME FROM THE GLIER GRADUATE CO-ORDINATOR/EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Dear Graduate Student, greetings from the University of Windsor and the Great Lakes Institute for Environmental Research (GLIER)!
GLIER offers a research-oriented graduate program in environmental research leading to M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees. We at GLIER; faculty, fellow students and staff are committed to making your experience here as stimulating and rewarding as possible. That commitment would start before you arrive by providing information and support as you prepare for your arrival to the Graduate Program at GLIER. In addition be sure to check out the informative GLIER Graduate Handbook! Should you have any further questions that the handbook might not cover, please contact either the Graduate Secretary or myself. We are here to help.
Expect to be welcomed into an engaging group of students, faculty and staff who will not only help in various aspects of your program but also challenge you and always provide unwavering support. We look forward to meeting you upon your arrival at GLIER and wish you every success!
Kind regards,
Dr. Mike McKay, Graduate Coordinator/Executive Director
