Dr. Robert Michael McKay is welcomed as new Executive Director of Great Lakes Institute

Dr. Mike McKay is welcomed to GLIER as the new Director.  Dr. McKay has come from Bowling Green State University to lead GLIER's collaborative research adressing complex challenges to the Great Lakes.
