Abdelsalam A. M. Sharfy is a masters student studying Industrial and Systems Engineering at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals or KFUPM in Saudi Arabia. He has a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Khartoum. His experience includes working in industries and teaching. He has worked on improving processes, production and supporting teaching of engineering courses. His interests lie in optimization and Energy aware scheduling, particularly in developing data driven approaches to improve system efficiency.
