Ontario Health atHome 

Provide a wide range of health care services and resources that are covered through the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) and can be provided in a patient’s home or at a nursing clinic. Based on assessment, the following services may be provided:

Personal support (bathing, dressing, etc.)  

Physiotherapy  

Occupational therapy    

Speech-language therapy  

Medical supplies and equipment (some fees may apply)  

Long-term care placement
