Abstract:
At this moment, we see almost every tech organization is shifting towards cloud deployment of their products, where AWS is one of the top preferences. While applying for co-op and internships, you might have observed that many employers either demand knowledge of AWS/Azure or find it an asset in the candidate. This 4-part seminar series aims to equip students with a foundational understanding of AWS, thus enhancing their competitiveness for interviews and facilitating their journey towards AWS Certifications.

Workshop Outline:
Serverless Technologies: AWS Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, and R53 domain management.

Prerequisites:
The seminar content is accessible without prior cloud computing experience. However, a solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including operating systems, networking, programming, and databases, will be essential.

If you wish to follow along with the presentation, create an AWS account and leverage the Free Tier to explore and practice the concepts in your environment.
