Lancer Gaming is pleased to announce its Rocket League squad who will be representing the University of Windsor domestically and internationally this Winter (2022) season.

“This Winter season is going to be an exciting one for Lancer Gaming. With the addition of a new player as well as those players who will be returning, I can’t wait to see how this season will turn out for them,” says Rocket League Head Coach Yusuf Naebkhil.
Described as "soccer, but with rocket-powered cars", Rocket League (published by Psyonix) has up to eight players assigned to each of the two teams, using rocket-powered vehicles to hit a ball into their opponent's goal and score points over the course of a match.
Lancer Gaming is a member of the Ontario Post-Secondary Esports (OPSE) and the National Association of Collegiate Esports (NACE). OPSE is the governing body for esports in Ontario while NACE, the international one based out of the US. Both entities organize competitions through intercollegiate esports while serving as governing bodies. Lancer Gaming will also be exploring other competitive leagues for its team to participate.
