Teaching Culturally and Linguistically Diverse International Students in Open or Online Learning Environments: A Research Symposium

The University of Windsor's Teaching International Students Research Group, a project of the University of Windsor Faculty of Education, would like to formally invite you to attend our Teaching Culturally and Linguistically Diverse International Student in Open or Online Learning Environments Research Symposium. We will be exploring the teaching practices and strategies that enhance international student learning in open and online settings while placing a focus on student perspectives.

The Research Symposium will be held online on Thursday, June 17th, 2021, and Friday, June 18th, 2021. The meeting will be held in Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).

Join us to learn more about the unique needs of international, online students through our guest keynote speakers, concurrent scholarship sharing sessions, faculty and emerging scholars panel discussion, and international student panel discussion.  In a unique part of the Research Symposium, we seek to connect researchers to develop, continue, and enhance research in this important and expanding area of educational research.

The Research Symposium is partially supported by a Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada Connection Grant.
