What you can do to find a health service provider in your area that is approved by Green Shield Canada:
- Find a provider on the member portal with details in this member fact sheet.
- Search for a provider on the Plan Member on-line services portal, after logging in, on the left navigation select "Find a Health Provider". You will then have the ability to search for a provider by name and location. On the member portal, there is an option for members to select 'delisted providers' and validate.
- Ask your provider whether they are an approved health service provider of Green Shield Canada.
- Contact the Green Shield Customer Service Centre at 1-888-711-1119 prior to receiving the service/product.
What can you do if you notice any billing discrepancies or have concerns about a health service provider?
If you notice any billing discrepancies or observe any issues with your service provider you can report your concerns anonymously toll-free at 1-888-711-1119 by asking for the Confidential TIPS Hotline.
