About the IT Services Project Management Office
The ITS Project Management Office (PMO) provides structure, consistency, and visibility to technology initiatives across the University. Our purpose is to ensure that IT projects are strategically aligned, well-planned, and successfully delivered.
We support teams through standardized project management practices, governance processes, and collaborative tools that promote transparency and accountability. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement and effective communication, the PMO helps ITS deliver technology solutions that enable the University’s mission, enhance service delivery, and support innovation across campus.

2. Intake Via Meeting with a PMO Member
Many prefer to share their project ideas with members of the IT team. To do so, please reach out to a member of the IT leadership team. They will assist with capturing your project idea and ensure it is documented.
