For your application to be considered, you must submit the TA Application Form and provide a copy of your unofficial transcript to llc@uwindsor.ca
- Please complete the TA application with the list of all courses for which you have worked as a TA (if applicable), including the term and year

On the TA application, the AAU Name is the name of the department: Languages, Literatures and Cultures

Students must maintain full-time registration throughout the term, must be in good standing in the degree program, must have a valid SIN, and be eligible to work in Canada in order to hold a Teaching Assistantship.

If hired: New GAs and TAs who have not been previously employed by the University will need to be issued an Employee Number by Human Resources (HR), and must complete mandatory training for new employees. For guidance, contact the department where you are offered a GA/TA appointment and review the instructions on the HR website under section titled "For Students: New Hire Package”.

If your application for a GA/TA position is successful, your Department will advise you that a “job offer” for GA or TA appointment will be coming from UWinsite People, the University's Human Resources and Payroll System.
