At the University of Windsor, our Office of Human Rights, Conflict Resolution and Mediation is dedicated to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and equitable campus environment. We provide support and resources to address issues related to human rights, accessibility, conflict resolution, and mediation, ensuring that every member of our community feels heard and valued.

Our Mission

Our mission is to promote and protect human rights, facilitate conflict resolution, and offer mediation supports to students, faculty, and staff. We strive to create a safe space where individuals can seek assistance and guidance on matters of equity, inclusion, and justice.
