Volunteer Accessibility Training

Volunteers who are not employed by the University may take in-person training arranged by the event organizer, or may complete the Volunteer Accessibility Training module. The training covers:

  • Accessible customer service
  • The Ontario Human Rights Code and how the Code works with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)

Once completed, please confirm that you have completed the training by filling out this online form: Volunteer Accessibility Training Confirmation.
