Student Orientation Facilitator – Summer 2026

The Student Success and Leadership Centre are excited to be hiring nine (9) undergraduate students to provide leadership and support to the University of Windsor’s Orientation programming. These paid positions provide students with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the first-year undergraduate experience while developing career ready skills.

As a Student Orientation Facilitator, you will play an integral role in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for new students at orientation events including Head Start and Welcome Week. You will introduce students and supporters to key resources, helping them build a strong foundation and have fun while doing it!

This position is ideal for students who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing deadlines. There are nine (9) different portfolios available, and applicants can select more than one portfolio of interest in their application.
