- In order to become a validator you must be a university staff member. Students are not permitted to validate. Validators must have an account created for them. For more information please email email@example.com.
- All activities must have a valid staff contact/validator in order to qualify for CCR inclusion.
- Validators will receive an email notification when a student has added an activity to their CCR that needs to be approved/declined by them.
- We ask that validators approve/decline an activity within 5 business days of a student adding it to their record if the student has already completed the activity. If the student still has time left in the activity then the validator may wait to approve/decline until after the student has finished their activity.
