Welcome Students to the Fall 2025 Semester
Att'n: We are operating on an appointment only basis for the first couple of weeks. Submit your picture on line and then pick up your card without needing an appoinment. Please use the link below to book an appointment. Residence students and staff/faculty don't need an appoinment. Students wishing to add funds or purchase a commuter meal plan are also exempt.

- New Students: Upload your photo online to get your UwinCARD and skip the line. Once your photo is approved you will receive an email with instructions.
- If you attended the University and still have your UwinCARD, you do not have to submit a new photo or get a new card - you can continue to use your old card!
- Need Additional Support? Book an in-person appointment with the UwinCARD Office.
- Returning Students: Visit the CAW Information Desk to get your new validation sticker.
- Bus Pass: Bus passes are available from student societies. Select your corresponding society to learn more.

GET Mobile is an online and mobile app affiliated with the University of Windsor for your convenience in managing your UwinCARD. It allows you to view meal plan balances and transaction history, add and manage funds, order food on campus (via the Everyday App) and authorize you to mark your card as lost.
