The Centre for English Laugnague Development offers Mind Flow sessions to ELIP students.

Mind Flow is a unique feature of ELIP designed to provide students with relaxation techniques applicable to any area of life.

Yoga is so helpful in many ways and I love the sessions as it has helped me a lot.
I would love to use these techniques in the future whenever I encounter stress. (ELIP 3: Winter 2018)
