Full tuition refund drop date for Intersession courses is May 21, 2023, for 6-week courses. Any courses dropped after May 21 will be charged 100% of the base tuition charges (0% refund).
12-week courses with May 8, 2023, start date
Full tuition refund drop date for Summer courses is June 4, 2023 for 12-week courses. Any courses dropped after June 4 will be charged 100% of the base tuition charges (0% refund).
10-week courses with May 22, 2023, start date
Full tuition refund drop date for summer courses is June 2, 2023 for 10-week courses. Any courses dropped after June 2 will be charged 100% of the base tuition charges (0% refund).
Summer 2023 courses with June 26, 2023, start date
Full tuition refund drop date for Summer courses is July 10, 2023 for 6-week courses. Any courses dropped after July 10 will be charged 100% of the base tuition charges (0% refund).
International Student Deposit and Tuition Withdrawal Date with Visa Refusal Letter: Intersession 2023
If visa denial is provided for the Intersession term with supporting documentation, you have up until May 22, 2023, to receive a full refund and deposit refund. After May 22, 2023, deadline, if your visa is denied your deposit is forfeited.
