The tentative agreement reached on June 3 between the University and the Windsor University Faculty Association (WUFA) has been ratified.
The new agreement is an extension of the current collective agreement and will be in effect for two years.
Highlights include a 2% wage increase in 2025, a 2% wage increase in 2026, and a resolution to Bill 124.
The collective agreement will be posted to the Academic Labour Relations website.
The University is grateful to the negotiating teams for their dedication and to the campus community for its patience and support.
