Active Maintenance

Internet Maintenance - Sunday, August 16 from 8:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.

The campus Internet service provider will be conducting maintenance on Sunday, August 16, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. This will cause a short Internet outage lasting approximately 30 minutes.

During the outage

If you are on campus: Internet access will not be available. Websites, streaming services, and cloud applications will not be available through the campus network. Campus Wi-Fi and wired Internet connections will be non-operational.

If you are working from home or another off-campus location: Cloud services should continue to work as usual. This includes Microsoft 365, Outlook email, Teams, OneDrive, UWinsite Finance, and UWinsite People. Systems hosted on campus, including UWinsite Student, will not be available.

All services are expected to return by 8:30 a.m. Thank you for your patience while this short maintenance work is completed.

We are located in the lower level of the University Computer Centre (UCC). We are open for in-person support during University business days from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Please note, we will be closed for in-person visits over the holiday recess.
