Resolved: Some services unavailable after firewall upgrade

The campus firewalls were upgraded over the weekend and some services remain unavailable due to problems experienced after the upgrade. The services affected are those that require GlobalProtect for access.

We are working with vendor support to discover the root cause of the issue and are implementing workarounds where possible.

Update Mon Jan 30 9:45am:
We have worked with vendor support to develop workarounds for service disruptions until a permanent fix can be implemented.
