Tom Carter (BA ‘72) arrived at the University of Windsor in 1968, having already lived experiences few his age could imagine.
At 12 years old, Carter left Windsor with his family and travelled halfway around the world to India after his father, a Windsor physician, accepted a missionary medical appointment at a hospital in the state of Madhya Pradesh.
