Residence Services will not be accepting Early Arrivals for Inter-Summer 2024
- NEW residence students assigned to a room for Inter-Summer, can also move-in after the scheduled move-in date, by submitting a late arrival request form, which can be found on our website, under forms and documents
Late Arrival Request
- Residence Services is accepting late arrival requests for Inter-Summer 2024 sessions for NEW incoming residence students
- NEW incoming residence students who are arriving after their scheduled Inter-Summer session move-in date, must submit a Late Arrival Form
- For scheduled move-in dates, visit our website
- Residence students who have been approved for a late arrival, will only be able to move-in Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:00 pm EST
- Late Arrivals will not take place on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays
- Students who arrive pre/post as listed above, will need to find alternate accommodations until the Residence Office re-opens
- Residence students who have submitted a late arrival request, will receive an email confirming their requested late arrival date
- The late arrival form can be accessed through the StarRez Portal
- If you wish to cancel your residence room assignment before the scheduled move-in date, you must complete the Cancellation Request Form.

- To request an extension for the Holiday Stayover, complete the Extension Form
