Diversity: Molecules to Ecosystems

The courses offered by the Department of Integrative Biology (iBio) provide a look at “Life” at many different levels.  Whether you are completing the Biological Sciences (with or without thesis) or BCN major programs, or a Combined Honours program or a Minor in Biological Sciences, you will be required to complete a set of core courses that, once completed, will provide background knowledge of biological systems from the level of DNA up to and including ecosystem processes. You’ll learn research techniques in our course labs and out in the field, which will prepare you for a wide range of career paths.

For a description of the iBio undergraduate programs, go to the Undergraduate Programs tab. Advising forms for the Biological Sciences and Behaviour, Cognition and Neuroscience major degree course requirements is available.  More information about requirements for all undergraduate degrees associated with the iBio department can be found on the Integrative Biology page of the Undergraduate Calendar
