Lancer Leadership Winter Conference

The Lancer Leadership Winter Conference is a student-driven event featuring student speakers, interactive sessions, and opportunities to connect with current and aspiring campus leaders.
Whether you already hold a leadership role or are looking for your first opportunity to get involved, the conference will help you develop practical skills, exchange ideas, and learn from other members of the UWindsor community.

Model United Nations
The UWill Discover Model United Nations initiative gives students opportunities to develop skills in diplomacy, research, negotiation, public speaking, and collaborative problem-solving.
The UWill Discover Sustainable Futures Model United Nations Team hosted its second on-campus Model United Nations event at the University of Windsor in November 2024. Read about the conference and its award recipients in the DailyNews event recap.

Become a Student Leader with LEAD
LEAD is an experiential leadership program for undergraduate students who want to support new students during important stages of their transition to university.
Trained LEAD volunteers contribute to programs such as:
- Head Start;
- Welcome Week;
- Winter Orientation; and
- other student transition and engagement initiatives.
Through these experiences, LEAD volunteers develop communication, teamwork, problem-solving, event-support, and peer-mentorship skills. They also help create a welcoming and inclusive campus environment while making meaningful connections with students and colleagues.
