Bio:
I am a multidisciplinary researcher who strives to advance the knowledge surrounding healthy weights among Canadian children and adolescents. More specifically, I research the influence of nutrition and physical activity behaviours on healthy body weight in school-aged children and adolescents.

My doctoral work was funded by the Danone Institute of Canada.
I currently have funding from the Danone Institute of Canada for a project entitled “Development of Canada’s Healthy Eating Index”.
