Sessional Employment
In accordance with section 54:07 of the 2021-2025 WUFA Collective Agreement, the Department of Mechanical, Automotive and Materials Engineering invites applications from qualified individuals interested in teaching the following course(s), subject to final budgetary approval, course enrollment and appointment of new full-time faculty.
Summer 2025 Application Deadline: Thursday, March 13, 2025 at 4:00pm
Applicants are encouraged to review Senate Bylaws (Bylaw 54: Undergraduate Academic Evaluation Procedures, and Bylaw 55: Graduate Academic Evaluation Procedures), and the 2021-2025 WUFA Collective Agreement Article 54:07 (Posting Procedures).
New applicants are asked to include a cover letter identifying the course(s) being applied for and describing their qualifications and expertise to teach the course(s); a CV; three current letters of reference; teaching evaluations or equivalent for all courses they have taught, and the Sessional Instructor Application form.
Returning applicants are asked to complete the Sessional Instructor Application form only.
