The tentative agreements reached on Sept.18 between the University and Unifor 2458 Operating Engineers, and Unifor 444 Special Constables, have now been ratified by all parties.
The new collective agreements will both be in effect for two years.
Highlights of both agreements include a 2% wage increase in 2025 and a 2% wage increase in 2026.
The collective agreements will be posted to the HR website once the update is complete and it has been reviewed by all parties.
