The tentative agreement reached on Sept. 18 between the University and CUPE 1393, representing Skilled Trades and Technical Staff, has now been ratified by both parties.
The new collective agreement will be in effect for three years.
Highlights include a 2% wage increase in 2025, a 2% wage increase in 2026, and a 2% wage increase in 2027.
The collective agreement will be posted to the HR website once the update is complete and it has been reviewed by both parties.
The University is grateful to the negotiating team for its dedication and to the campus community for its patience and support.
