The new Student Services Hub in the Joyce Entrepreneurship Centre (JEC) opens for in-person service on Aug. 12 at 1 p.m.

Effective September 1, 2026, Student Health Services and Student Counselling Services will have one centralized check-in location at CAW Student Centre, Room 242 - at the Student Health Services office.
This change is intended to make accessing care simpler and more convenient for students by providing one clear point of entry for both physical and mental health services. Students seeking medical care, counselling support, or assistance determining which service best meets their needs can begin at CAW 242, where they will be connected with the appropriate service and support.
We will have signage up in the CAW redirecting members of the campus community from the main Student Counselling Centre office (Room 293 in the CAW) to Room 242 for centralized check in.
