Completed - TeamDynamix Offline - Maintenance planned for Thurs., April 27

COMPLETED 

Anticipated maintenance for the UWindsor Self-Service Client Portal (TeamDynamix) on Thursday, April 27, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

The portal will be unavailable during this time. 

TeamDynamix users and campus community members will not be able to access any service or information contained within the portal, such as submitting and viewing tickets, accessing reports, or viewing knowledge-base articles.   

During this planned TeamDynamix maintenance period, the campus community can continue to contact the IT Service Desk with their IT questions and incidents by live chat or phone at 519-253-3000 ext. 4440 or in-person in the lower-level of the University Computer Centre (UCC). 

If users need support with Blackboard or Brightspace, they can email brightspace@uwindsor.ca or drop in virtually on Teams or in person at the Centre for Teaching and Learning.

Resolved - Microsoft 365 disruption

Microsoft has reported that the issue has been resolved. 

Some users reported issues accessing Microsoft 365 applications, including but not limited to: 

  • Outlook  
  • OneDrive 
  • Teams 
  • Word

The IT Services team has confirmed that it appears to be an issue with the service provider.  IT Services will continue to monitor the applications.  

If users continue to experience disruptions with the services, they can use the URLs on the web:

Completed - Maintenance Temporarily Affecting UWindsor.ca, Tuesday, Feb, 21, 6 - 8 a.m.

UPDATE (Feb 21 6:45 am): Maintenance has been completed and the University of Windsor website is now available.

The University of Windsor website will undergo planned maintenance on Tuesday, Feb. 21, from 6 to 8 a.m. During this time, uwindsor.ca will be temporarily unavailable.

Only uwindsor.ca Drupal pages will be affected; other systems will remain available.

The maintenance is necessary to ensure the smooth operation of our website and ensures the infrastructure that IT Services supports remains stable.

Completed - UWinsite Student Disruption on Saturday, Feb 11, from 10 to 11 a.m.

COMPLETED

An update to UWinsite Student will necessitate the system to be offline on Saturday, February 11, from 10 to 11 a.m. A GT eForms upgrade and security patches will occur during the planned maintenance.

Resolved - Service Disruption under Investigation

IT Services is investigating and working to resolve issues accessing some systems, including but not limited to:

  • GoPrint
  • AIMS Parking
  • Odyssey

Resolved: Some services unavailable after firewall upgrade

The campus firewalls were upgraded over the weekend and some services remain unavailable due to problems experienced after the upgrade. The services affected are those that require GlobalProtect for access.

We are working with vendor support to discover the root cause of the issue and are implementing workarounds where possible.

Update Mon Jan 30 9:45am:
We have worked with vendor support to develop workarounds for service disruptions until a permanent fix can be implemented.
