UWinsite Student Maintenance - Thursday, March 5 from 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.
On Thursday, March 5, IT Services will be performing system maintenance on UWinsite Student between 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. During this time, connectivity may be briefly interrupted in which case you may have to log in again.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Third-party maintenance may cause campus internet disruption – Monday, February 23, from midnight to 6:00 am
The campus Internet connection may be impacted by third-party maintenance taking place on Monday, February 2,3 between midnight and 6:00 am. Internet service may be interrupted or unavailable during this time.
Wireless Access Maintenance to cause disruption in Leddy Library – February 19 & 23
Please be advised that Wireless Access Point (WAP) maintenance work will occur at Leddy Library on Thursday, February 19, and Monday, February 23. During this time, Wi-Fi service may experience intermittent disruptions.
Impacted areas include Leddy Main Basement, Leddy Main Floor 2, Leddy Main Floor 3, and Leddy Main Floor 4.
If you have difficulty accessing the wireless network in the building after the installers have left your area, please see the knowledge article on how to forget and reconnect to Wi-Fi.
Planned UWindsor email system update – Thursday, February 19, 8:00–8:30 a.m.
IT Services will be updating the University’s email configuration on Thursday, February 19, between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m. to enhance the delivery of automated messages sent from UWindsor systems.
No impact to regular email is expected. However, some messages may experience brief delays while the new configuration propagates across the Internet.

Scheduled maintenance for uwinsecure wireless network - Wednesday, February 18, from 7:30 - 8:30 am
IT Services will be migrating the authentication platform for the uwinsecure wireless network to a new system on Wednesday, February 18, from 7:30 - 8:30 am. This should have no impact on most wireless users. Some users who cannot connect after the migration may need to forget the uwinsecure network and re-connect.
