Join the Transnational Law and Justice Network (TLJN) in collaboration with Osgoode Hall's Constitutional Law Society (OCLS) for the Borders, Boundaries, and Intersections Speakers' Series with Dr. Amaya Alvez Marín, Professor of Law Faculty of Legal and Social Sciences University of Concepción. Dr. Alvez Marín was elected to Chilean Constitutional Convention tasked with drafting Chile's post-Pinochet constitution. In this capacity as elected member and Vice President of the Constitutional Convention Assembly, Dr. Alvez Marín is helping draft the country’s foundational document with the objective of providing greater support for Chile’s marginalized populations. During this session, Professor Alvez Marín will be discussing the constitutional process in Chile.
