Families planning summer activities for their children can soon secure a spot in the University of Windsor’s Lancer Summer Camps.
Mark your calendars as registration opens Tuesday, April 7 at 7 a.m.
Lancer Summer Camps offer a variety of programs designed to keep kids aged four to 13 years old active, engaged and having fun throughout the summer.
Organized by Lancer Recreation, the camps include general interest, themed and sport-focused camps, allowing day campers to explore their specific interests in sports, the arts, STEM and leadership development through hands-on experiences.
Most camps run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and take place at the University of Windsor’s Toldo Lancer Centre. Campers can expect a full day of activities that often include swimming and outdoor recreation including the low ropes challenge course.
For information about camp options and any questions, visit the Lancer Summer Camps webpage or email Olivia Binder, Aquatics and Summer Camps Coordinator, obinder@uwindsor.ca or call (519) 253-3000 ext. 7029.
With a range of programs and limited spaces available, families are encouraged to register early once registration opens.
