OSSC Elections
March 16–23, 2026	OSSC Elections timeline (all deadlines). Nominations: March 16–23 (by 5:00 PM). Each candidate must have two email nominations from OS students sent to Nicole Vanier (vaniern@uwindsor.ca) and Dr. Brunet (tbrunet@uwindsor.ca). All Candidates Meeting: Tuesday, March 24 at 8:00 AM (if you can’t attend, notify Nicole before the start). Candidates list posted + campaigning begins: Tuesday, March 24 at 10:00 AM (Brightspace). Platforms due: Wednesday, March 25, at 5:00 PM (100 words). Campaigning ends: Thursday, March 26, at 11:59 PM. Voting: Friday, March 28 to Sunday, March 30 (Qualtrics).

March 20–21, 2026	UWill Discover Student Conference See the event page
March 25, 2026	Full Outstanding Scholars Applicant Information Session. Toldo Health Education Centre (TC102). Sign up today. Check-in is at 5 pm, and the session begins promptly at 5:10 pm. Please see the recording if you missed the event.
March 27, 2026	Talent Night — karaoke-level fun (supportive, not a competition). Time to be determined.
April 30, 2026	Applications due: Outstanding Scholars Candidates Program
May 1, 2026	Outstanding Scholars Gala Event Enjoy an evening of fine food and good fun while celebrating graduating students and award winners from the Outstanding Scholars program! See the photos and see who won awards!
May 2, 2026	The new OSSC council begins their term.
May 31, 2026	Select students receive an email invitation to apply for the full program (from Dr. Brunet) tbrunet@uwindsor.ca
