    • SPT (Student Perceptions of Teaching (this form was approved by Senate May 2023 for use in Fall 2023)  
    • SET (For applicants with teaching between Fall 2004 and Summer 2023, SET UCAPT forms will continue)
    • The COVID-19 Academic Emergency Plan ended April 30, 2022. The only item related to RTP that continued was the interim policy on SETs: Until the submission of the Senate Task Force report on the SETs, SETs must be administered but faculty have the option of whether to include them in their RTP  review.    policy_on_optional_inclusion_of_set_in_rtp_pr.pdf

Workshops

Each year the Office of the Associate Vice-President, Academic organizes workshops for Faculty, Ancillary Academic staff, and Administrative Assistants to explain procedures, processes, etc. for RTP.

For the academic year 2025-2026 the Spring RTP/RPP workshop was held for all Faculty, Ancillary, Academic Staff, etc. on April 17, 2026.

Relevant Senate Bylaws

The documentation required for renewal, tenure and promotion is organized similarly to last year; the process will remain the same and is governed by Senate Bylaws 20, 22, 23 and Articles 5:31, 5:32, 12 and 13 of the WUFA/University Collective Agreement.
