IMPORTANT: The ISC is currently operating with remote services only.  During this time, the doors to the ISC will not be open for walk-ins or in-person appointments.  Please note that the doors to the ISC will reopen on Monday, January 31st.  If you are planning to travel to Canada, please review the information on this page: https://www.uwindsor.ca/international-student-centre/288/international-arrivals.  If you are a newly arrived student, please email intlarrivals@uwindsor.ca and gship@uwindsor.ca for further assistance.  A virtual Softlanding session is available for new students via Blackboard.  For all other matters, please connect with us via email or Blackboard.

UPDATE: The University of Windsor has received approval to reopen to international students from outside of Canada.

UWindsor is now on the approved list of designated learning institutions (DLIs) that have reopened to asymptomatic international students from outside of Canada. International students who have or have been approved for a study permit can now travel to Canada for their studies (a non-discretionary or non-optional purpose).

In order to reopen to international students who aren’t currently in Canada, the Government of Ontario had to review UWindsor’s COVID-19 readiness plan to ensure it protects the health and safety of all students, staff and the community.

UWindsor has an arrival team ready to support you as you travel to Canada. Please click on the blue bar below for general information, travel updates, a template for your quarantine plan and most importantly the Pre-Arrival Form.

If you are a NEW or RETURNING student looking to travel to Windsor/Canada please review the following information:
