The planned campus wide outage will cause the wired and wireless network to be inaccessible Sunday, Nov 6, from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.
You may have to restart or log in again on various platforms when the service resumes.
If you have difficulties accessing the internet on campus after the outage, please contact the IT Service Desk by calling 519-253-3000 ext. 4440. The IT Service Desk is open until 4 p.m. for live chat and will be responding to tickets until 4:30 p.m. on Sunday. Then open again at 8:30 a.m. on Monday.

Updates were made to the Service Catalog. New categories – Information Technology, Finance, Registrar & Academic, Facilities, and Media Production & Special Events – can now be found in the Service Catalog (bit.ly/3CqV2ED). Users will also notice that the Information Technology sub-categories have been refined from 13 to nine.
Rescheduled: this interruption has been rescheduled to Friday, September 23, from 6 to 7:30 a.m.
The firewall will undergo maintenance for the Computer Science department and Student Accessibility Services on Thursday, September 22, between 6 and 7:30 a.m. Users can expect to experience a pair of short network interruptions during this period.

Update May 22 2:00pm: Service has been restored to all services with the exception of Ericom.
Due to a system issue, multiple systems and applications are unavailable affecting multiple areas on campus. IT Services staff are working to resolve the problem.
Affected applications include Catering, Campus Police, Parking (lot gates), Fusion, Lucidea, and Ericom.
